Winter

Beginning Jan 1

Happy New Year, Football specials, Valentines Day Romance Packages, Local St. Patty’s Day Celebration, Mardi Gras Themed Celebration for February and more. Is your restaurant particularly beautiful in the June and July wedding season? Now is the time to tell newly-engaged guests about your services for private events or large bookings. Winter menu: warm soups; specials; stews, etc. Entertainment? Take Out or delivery available? This is important during the winter months.

Spring

Beginning April 1

Now is a good time to encourage making Easter, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day reservations. Is your restaurant well suited for showers, graduations, communion and all types of memorable celebration? We want to be sure to mention that. Do you have outdoor seating when the weather gets warmer? Mention Spring appropriate cuisine. If you have a "light" menu: sell it now! Bikini season is coming and some of your guests will appreciate lighter options.

Summer

Your guests want to step out to cool off and enjoy their hot summer nights. Offer the most tempting summer meals on your menu. Specialty cold drinks; ice cream desserts and salads made of all their favorite summer vegetables. Promote any outdoor seating that you may have. Happy hour is big in the summer for most restaurants. Make sure your callers know about all your happy hour specials and their specific hours.

Fall

early September

Our restaurant clients keep us very busy in September. This is a very popular time to begin taking reservations and bookings for holiday events. If promoted correctly you can have your private rooms booked by October! If you are open for major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Eve, encourage your callers to make a reservation early. You can also take about Football and Happy Hour Specials.
